“Visionary Magazine” is a publishing house where we release more than hundreds of magazines on several topics every year. One among those magazines we release are based on “Aspiring Entrepreneurs of the year” and this year we have decided to feature one of the most sensational & award winning woman entrepreneur in Start up category Miss Reema Karnik.
It was fun interviewing her last week and she has revealed many hidden secrets which we would like to disclose in front of our audience. She has started her career as a Chef but the road leading to that path was very rough, so she decided to quit and took a shift in her career to an E-commerce industry, slowly and gradually that monotonous job has become like a daily routine for her and she started losing her interest. Her creative mind was not accepting work pressure, office politics and long working hours and always used to think “What’s my next step to succeed”. Along with her job, she started her Food Page on Instagram @tasteiwish with 10000+ followers but she soon realized that it is just a fan following page and not a medium to reach millions of customers from view point of personal branding
She was still clueless but after doing immense research she realized that Digital Marketing is most creative field where she can explore new tactics and can expand her brand reach in business market. But how to start with was a big question. So she started looking for a mentor to guide her if she want to be successful in human race and so she joined “Digital Marketing Internship Program” & that is the day when her life took a positive turn and then she never looked back
She started writing food blog “TasteIWish — A Series of Gastronomical Journey” in 2020 which is one of the most successful blog listed in top 10 list of food bloggers due to implementation of her idea under her mentor’s guidance. She has curated many interesting things in her food blog right from basics of culinary till restaurant reviews which is beneficial for hotel management students to a foodie looking for date night or casual dining with family (age group 20–60+). She is earning 100k per month only from this blog…Isn’t that exciting!’
She is on verge of doing an experiment of writing a fashion blog which will be an encyclopedia of Online Shopping Websites (Basically shopping search engine)which can give a wide range of options for shopaholics to purchase at an exciting deals & discounts just one click away like an e-mall hub
Her dream was to be a Digital Consultant and it came true for which she was awarded this year. She runs a Digital Marketing Consultancy, as start up firm (Turnover of company is approx 30 crores per year) which she has started 3 years back in 2022 with just 700 + employees who now caters to 10000+clients in a year. She is planning to expand her venture across India within next 5 years targeting to achieve a turnover of 1 million per annum. From her annual earnings, she donate 10%-15% of her share to NGOs for girl’s education (According to her, every girl should be given freedom to live life on her own terms & that is only possible if she is educated enough to take her own decisions)
